Credit Services

Advocacy to Alleviate Homelessness provides clients with information on how to sustain good credit and how credit history determines the outcome of loan applications and hiring decisions. Clients learn:

  • How a home or car purchase, or an employment opportunity can be determined by their credit score
  • Resources to access their credit report for free
  • How to remove invalid or fraudulent items from their credit
  • Tips and ideas to maintain a good credit score
  • The difference between revolving and installment credit
